Most times there is more than just meets the ordinary eye, and in the case of the viral breakup rumour between Burna Boy and Stefflon Don – which the latter had already denied on snapchat by writing, “Old Old videos. Please let it rest. We good over here. Thanks!” – it could get ready all ugly for one of the two individuals involved.

Forget all the hype and everything else, if eventually there is a breakup between the two lovers, surely Nigerian artiste Burna Boy will come out worse. Here’s why: (1) Burna Boy can never find a better lover than Stefflon Don. For a guy who grew up in a volatile area as Lagos Nigeria, Burna needed that stable relationship to cushion his rugged personality – and Stefflon Don offers the best affectionate feel for him.

(2) His lobby for international recognition could take a huge loss. It’s no news that Stefflon Don is already an established international artiste as a viable brand, and obviously Burna Boy is already benefiting from her international presence through his newly released album tagged ‘The African Giant. No doubt, a breakup at this point would cause more business loss for him than for her.
