A South African lady has delivered a clapback at Nigerians, who were warning her to stop wishing that Nigerian singer, Wizkid come to perform in her country.

Zizipho.N via her Twitter handle, @zee_pho23 on Sunday tweeted, “I will never die peacefully if I never see  @wizkidayo perform live. I hope one day he does a Starboy Fest in South Africa.”

In response to the tweet, Nigerians told her in clear terms that she shouldn’t expect the “Star boy” as Wizkid is popularly called to perform in her country in light of xenophobic attacks which happened in the country in recent times.

Zizipho.N reacted to the comments on Monday as she tweeted, “So shocked at the comments. I am basically saying I love Wizkid and would love to see him perform live. Please go and direct your anger somewhere else. Did I start xenophobia? Am I not allowed to like Nigerian artists? Please I beg, get out of here with your negativity.”
