Ermias Asghedom popularly know as Nipsey Hussle, before his death was know for his music, business and for his humanitarian spirit.
In relation to his humanitarian spirit, BET will be honoring Nipsey with its 2019 Humanitarian Award, to be presented at the 2019 BET Awards ceremony. It’ll be extra special since the award will be presented in his hometown of Los Angeles.
In addition to the award, the ceremony will include a tribute to Nipsey featuring DJ Khaled, YG, John Legend, and DJ Mustard.
Nipsey Hussle died on March 31, 2019, after he was shot multiple times outside of his Marathon Clothing store in South LA. He was 33 years old. May His Soul Rest In Peace.
