Legendary Nigerian singer and songwriter, Majekodunmi Fasheke, popularly known as Majek Fashek has been pronounced dead.
Majek Fashek death was announced earlier this morning by his manager, Omemka Uzoma Day.
The award winning guitarist who is best known in his home country for the 1988
album Prisoner of , Conscience, passed away at the age of 71 having just clocked
the new age in February
His manager confirmed his death via a post on his official Instagram Page as he
noted that the burial plans by the family will soon be made public.
He captioned the video;
Today been having pressure calls,well it is true that the African No 1 Legendary ICON
has gone to be with the LORD his Maker,
Let celebrate him ,his achievements and
his family,what ever decisions made by his immediate family will be notify.
