Nigeria music star, Daniel Oyebanjo popularly known as D’Banj has finally release an official statement concerning the rape allegation levied against him.
It would be recalled that the death of young Uwaila who was raped and killed in
a church saw a lot of rape victims coming out to reveal how they’ve been raped in the
past with some going as far as disclosing the offender.
D’Banj’s name came to the picture when a model claimed he had forced himself om
her in the past and demanded an apology.
However, the award winning simger and songwriter kept mute and did not respond
not until some minutes ago when he took to his official social media platforms to react to the story.
D’Banj who celebrated his 40th birthday a week ago noted via an official statement
that he would be charging the model to court for defamation of name.
According to Koko Master, the accusation is a huge slap to his integrity, his name, his
family and everything he stands for.
D’Banj noted that he will not just be pressing charges against her but make
sure justice is served so as to avoid further occurence.
He however thanked fans and followers who have been backing him ever since the
incident started and noted how glad he is to have had sucha huge fans base.
