Big Brother Naija star, Trikytee have debunked rumours spreading round social media that he asked for a sum of 500k as appearance fee in order to partake at the ongoing EndSars protest.
As earlier reported that Trikytee who rose to fame after participating at the
fifth edition of Big Brother Naija show tagged ‘Lockdown’ was accused of asking
for an appearance fee before he can join the EndSars protest.
According to the fans on micro blogging site, Twitter, Trikytee asked for a fee of
500k so that he will be able to partake in the protests at his state in Bayelsa,
Trikytee have however jump in his defense as he noted that he has never asked for
any money in order to join the protests adding that it’s a lie from the pit of hell.
The reality star and brand influencer noted that as a passionate Nigerian youth he has
joined the movement on and off social media and fans can also testify to that.
He added that he does not see any reason why he would shortchanged himself by
asking for payment so as to join the peaceful protest.
Not leaving any stone unturned, Trikytee added that he’s a true Nigerian and he has been joining the youths in protesting on different occasions in Lagos.
