Legendary music star, 2face Idibia has sparked a debate on social media after stating that religion is one of the major blindfold over Africa.

Africans have been lamenting in the.past few years concerning the development of the

continent that have been backsliding from the rest of the world.

There have been different opinions from top personalities across all industries on the way

forward as some agree that political leaders are the major problem while other keep saying

religious leaders also play a big role.

However, 2face Idibia via a post on micro blogging site Twitter, believes that religion has

blindfolded Africa and the struggle to control Africa is now what the rest of the world is

fighting for.
